1. Eligibility
These features are for adults only. By using Anonymous Chat or Roleplay Mode, you confirm you are at least 18 years old. If you are not, you must leave immediately.
2. Anonymity & Personal Information
You are matched with another visitor without either of you ever learning who the other person is. Sharing phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or any other personally identifying information through the chat is strictly prohibited. Such content is automatically filtered where possible, but you remain responsible for what you type.
3. Text Only
These chats are text-only. Images, videos, files, and links are not supported and must not be shared.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- No content involving minors, in any form.
- No threats, harassment, hate speech, or non-consensual content.
- No solicitation of money, goods, or services.
- No attempts to identify, locate, contact outside the platform, or meet the other person without their explicit, mutual consent.
5. Legal Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your conduct and messages in these chats. Any illegal activity you engage in through this platform is your own legal responsibility, and RaatKiBaat may preserve records and cooperate with law enforcement where required by law.
6. Location-based Matching ("Nearby")
If you use the Nearby option, we only ever use an approximate location derived from your connection — never your precise GPS location — to show you an approximate distance to other people currently browsing Nearby. Exact locations, IPs, and identities are never shown to anyone. Nothing connects automatically: you choose who to send a request to, and the other person must explicitly accept it before a chat opens.
7. Room Codes
A room code lets you invite a specific person to a private chat. Codes are single-use, expire automatically, and do not reveal your identity or IP address to the other person.
8. No Guarantee of Safety
RaatKiBaat does not verify the identity, age, or intentions of any user. Use these features at your own risk. Leave any conversation that makes you uncomfortable.
9. Data Retention
Chat messages are automatically deleted after 48 hours.
